Property networking evening in Nottingham

London and Nottingham Estates (LNE) held a dinner at World Service to mark the company’s seventh year in business – and the arrival of Ben Sheppard who has joined the company as development manager.

Jolly Hall, MD of LNE, hosted the evening with Ben and LNE project manager Tracey Hollis. There was an impressive number of guests from across the property world – from Nottingham and the Midlands region.

The evening began with a Champagne reception and nearly 40 guests enjoyed a three-course dinner menu.

“It was a lively, entertaining evening and everyone had a chance to network and have a good time,” said Jolly.

LNE’s chosen charity Rainbows benefited from the evening. Guests were asked to make a donation to the charity during the event and £618 was raised.

LNE is a niche property company which specialises in complicated site assemblies, buying brownfield land, obtaining planning consent and remediation strategies for the land and selling to plc house builders.

Every year, London and Nottingham host a ski trip when they take colleagues for a few days on the white stuff. The trips are always a chance to network and ski - and have a great time.
