LNE has a small but effective team with offices in Nottingham and London. The company was formed in 2000 and has undertaken a variety of projects ranging from the acquisition of industrial brownfield sites, on an unconditional basis, for residential development to a number of sale and leasebacks with a number of national leisure operators.
 
LNE works closely with several national house builders and student accommodation developers throughout the Midlands and London, sourcing potential development sites and delivering excellent “oven-ready” development opportunities.
